Computer Troubleshooting - Problem Watching Videos Online
Should you have an issue viewing the videos online, perform the following computer maintenance.
- Clear Out the Temporary Internet Files Folder
- Increase the Temp Internet Storage File Size
Most computers recommend 50MB - 250MB with 1024 as the Max value. That is a good range but I would suggest to increase it if you can to 500MB or more. This should provide enough space so the video can load. It is your choice if you would like to raise it higher.
